As part of the digitalization of government agencies, a decision was made to create electronic document flow in the judicial system. To simplify the work of judges, we developed a court session management interface that allows access to all case documents in one touch. Twenty-four-inch touchscreen monitors with the interface of our system were installed on the stands.
At the time of design, the information architecture and set of functional capabilities were defined. It was necessary to develop a solution that would meet the set criteria.
By default, the judge sees a card of the current session, by time. The judge can scroll through the cards to see past or upcoming sessions. The card contains all the important information about the case.
By tapping on the case card, it opens in full screen with a list of all documents related to the case. By tapping, you can open the document in preview mode and view its contents.
