Seeneco is a cash flow management and forecasting tool for businesses. It allows you to track your income and expenses, monitor your cash flow, create budgets and see how you’re doing against them, get a detailed look at where your cash is headed, and identify potential cash shortages.
In working on the service, we started with scenarios, improving each section's usability and visual design.
All user accounts are grouped by company. The user can add an account manually or import a bank statement. Imports are also done manually - using an Excel file or setting up a connection with the bank.
The section concentrates on all operations for the selected account. The most frequently used filters: by date, receipt, expense, and internal transfers, are located at the top of the list. Additional filters are also available, which are dropped down by the side panel on the left. All operations are grouped by date. By clicking, you can open extensive analytics on the account.
Before the subscription expires, the user sees a red bar indicating how many days are left. A simple three-step wizard is available by clicking on it, allowing you to select a plan, and period, and issue an invoice.
